How long does shipping take for a complete skateboard?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Please note that if you choose our custom assembly service, it may add 1-2 days to the processing time.

What is your return policy on decks and hardware?

We accept returns on unused items in their original shrink-wrap within 30 days of purchase. Once a deck has been gripped or assembled, it cannot be returned.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship skateboarding gear worldwide. Shipping rates and customs duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific country and region.

Can I have my board gripped before it ships?

Absolutely. Every deck purchase includes a sheet of black grip tape. You can select 'Apply Grip' on the product page, and our pro shop staff will grip it for you at no extra charge.

How do I track my order once it has been placed?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number from UPS or USPS. You can also log into your account on our site to view your order history and status.
